This privacy policy sets out the rules on the processing of the personal data of people using the thebalticsky.pl website and contacting us through it.
1. Data controller
The controller of personal data is Monika Kieczmerska-Knioła, operating under the brand The Baltic Sky, correspondence address: ul. Szubińska 47, Paterek, 89-100 Nakło nad Notecią, Poland. Contact: e-mail kontakt@thebalticsky.pl, phone 601 212 130.
2. Scope and purpose of processing
The data provided in the contact form (full name, e-mail address, phone number, message content) is processed solely in order to respond to the enquiry submitted and to establish possible cooperation.
3. Legal basis
The basis for processing is the consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and the controller's legitimate interest in responding to the enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Retention period
The data is stored for the period necessary to respond and to conduct correspondence, and thereafter until any claims become time-barred or consent is withdrawn.
5. User rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify, erase or restrict its processing, the right to object, the right to data portability and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
6. Cookies and external services
The website uses only essential cookies that ensure it functions correctly — we use no analytics or marketing cookies. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, handled technically by a Cloudflare Worker, and messages are sent through Resend. The Google Maps map on some subpages loads only after you click it — only then is data (including your IP address) processed by Google in accordance with the privacy policy of that service. Fonts are served from our own server, with no connections to external servers. The website also links to external profiles (Instagram, Facebook, Booking.com).
7. Voluntary provision of data
Providing data is voluntary but necessary in order to respond to an enquiry submitted through the contact form. The data is not used for profiling or passed on to third parties for marketing purposes.
